  • BMV record fees
  • Court filing fees

TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • Payment is required in full before services will be performed and before any completed documentation or title paperwork is released.
  • Services cover pursuing an abandoned-title process for qualifying vehicles under Ohio law.
  • A title is not guaranteed; outcomes depend on BMV records, lienholder responses, and statutory compliance.
  • No attorney travel time is billed.
  • Fees are subject to change. Flat fees apply to qualifying vehicles and are confirmed in a signed engagement agreement before services begin.
  • Fees cover the legal work of pursuing the process. Because results depend on records and responses, fees are not refundable if a title cannot be issued.
