The process is simple. The law is not.

Step1. Eligibility Check
We confirm the facts of your case and whether the vehicle(s) qualify under Ohio law. You provide business details, vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN, odometer, amounts owed) and any records or communications you have.
Step 2. Notices and Records
We prepare and send the required notices to owners and lienholders, order and track BMV records, and maintain the proof of certified mail and responses.
Step 3. Title Path or Next Legal Step
If the vehicle qualifies and the process is complete, we prepare the documentation you need to apply for title. If the process cannot move forward, we advise you on your remaining legal options and prepare the file if a court action is required.

- Guidance and legal representation if court ordered title action is required
