If you're a towing company that has taken possession of a vehicle and

1. The vehicle was towed and the owner has not reclaimed it
2. The customer was notified but has not responded within a reasonable time
3. The vehicle was towed from private property or an accident scene and is now unclaimed
4. The vehicle was illegally parked or abandoned, and no ownership verification has been provided

A vehicle is considered abandoned under Ohio law when it has been in your possession and
no one has attempted to reclaim it or settle fees owed.
