Title to abandoned vehicles

If you are a tow company or owner of private property and are experiencing any of the following:

1. Vehicle towed from private property and abandoned at your tow yard, or

2.. Tenant abandoned vehicle at your apartment complex, or

3. Vehicle abandoned at your car dealership, or

4. Vehicle left on your property without permission, or

5. Vehicle owner left vehicle on your property in breach of the lease contract, if applicable,

You have the right to apply for title to that abandoned vehicle.
